One day last year, a new guide joined my team. His name is Charlie, and his jam is quantum healing. I don't have a clue what that means, but whenever I ask for his input, Charlie's response invariably involves meditation and sacred geometry. I asked about some of the figures he shows me, starting with the seed of life. Imagine my surprise when my little blue apatite stone decided to get in on the fun.
What is the meaning of the seed of life geometrical figure?
Oh, that’s a deep one. It is the expression of natural order and natural progression.
The seed of life is the core of your reality’s structure. It is the progression of the vesica piscis, replicating itself according to divine laws. It is reality growing, expanding, exploring, and experimenting.
So, the seed of life forms the basis for other geometrical progressions. To meditate upon it is to contemplate the structure, order, and progression of your physical experience.
How does one meditate upon the seed of life?
Build it in your mind. Watch it start from one circle. Or sit in the center and see it develop around you. Or be the circle and walk the path of the figure. Or simply trace the figure with your finger.
It feels like apatite has a message here. Is that true?
Yes! I’m here to show you how to master the ocean. To sail with the tide. To work in partnership. To understand the prevailing winds and currents and work with them to get where you want to go. (How do you like my metaphor?)

How does one surrender to the flow?
Intention. Follow your heart and combine it with your will and intend that the result will be for the highest good of all. Trust that the universe has your back. For this experience is meant to be a joy. Laughter and love are your birthright. Joy is the key to raising your vibration. Therefore be happy and trust that happiness is what you are meant to feel.
