After the craziness of April, we could all use a nap. Fortunately, my guides have just the ticket: a month in which our most pressing business may be connecting with nature. Here's what we can expect from May, along with six stones to help us make the most of it.
Well, this was unexpected. For May, the Andromedans* are issuing a gilt-edged invitation to relax. Apparently, the energy to come will be much more restful than any we've experienced in quite some time. To help us get the most from what May's energy supports, my guides also offer up six stones, along with ways to work with them.

Hello! What can we expect from the energy of May?
Expect a quieting of the energies. The energy is lighter now than it has been in the first four months of the year. Pluto is taking a nap, so to speak. And so, May should be a time of somewhat more comfortable energy. We encourage you to come out of your bunker and focus on what's around you. Focus on spring. Focus on appreciating and enjoying green grass, May flowers, and walks in the park.
Is there anything special we should look for?
Look for continued rumblings on the national stage. April held many surprises and revelations. You can expect to see energy streamers from those revelations during May and over the next year or two.
As you know, energy cannot be destroyed, it can only be changed. A lot of what occurred in April was an energy of cleansing. The light is now reaching some of the darkest corners of your world: in corporations; in government; and among the wealthy and powerful. And so, streamers from that energy will continue until the energy can be resolved.
Ukraine and Russia continue to be in the news. What can we expect there?
Ukraine is standing on the brink of victory. If the war doesn't end in May, it will be because players in Russia have not removed themselves from the field. But make no mistake—in the continuum, Ukraine has won. It's just a matter of how and when Russia will extricate itself.
Internally, Russia has many, many issues. It's very difficult for the people to ask for change in Russia. But there is an undercurrent of dissatisfaction there. And so, while it's difficult to see what is taking place in Russia, those in power are aware of the anger and dissatisfaction of the people. Watch for rumblings to begin to show to the outside world.
What does May's energy support for humans personally?
Believe it or not, May brings a moment when you can relax a little. This is a time to get in touch with the healing energy of nature. Walk in a park. Plant a flower. Notice the leaves on the trees, listen to the wind, or enjoy a rain shower. Marvel at a hummingbird.
The revelations of this year and the energies of the past several years have taken their toll. You have been feeling a little ragged around the edges. But the energy has shifted and those frayed edges are now beginning to knit back together.
We want you to appreciate how the energy feels now compared to how it felt in May 2022 or May 2021. We think you will realize that things feel different, better. Take stock of the differences. We encourage you to open to the more comforting vibrations that May can offer. This month, re-energize yourself by connecting with nature.

Because the cleansing energy of water is at work in your world, you can continue to expect water-related events. You may see water-related events in the northeast or the Gulf. You may even see a few water-related events in urban centers. This is a cleansing. There's no way to get around it—you can only go through it.

Let nature help balance your energy with moss agate. Hold moss agate in your non-dominant hand while you meditate, preferably while sitting outside.
