Energy forecast for March 2024

Here's a look at the energy of March 2024, plus three stones to help you ground your energy, connect to higher wisdom, and, if needed, recover from shock.

During my awakening, I booked a reading with a psychic friend, Susan Lynn, to try to understand what was happening to me. While Susan was reading for me, I spontaneously channeled a deity with a message for her. Weird happens during an awakening, amirite?

Anyway, that deity gave her name as Antheia, and she hung out with me for a long time after the reading. As it happens, Antheia is the Greek goddess of flowers and gardens, and she has been very present with me for the past week, as well. In meditation, Antheia showed me how to recognize and accept healing energy from nature. So when she decided to help with this energy forecast for March 2024, I knew that nature energy would play an important role in getting us through the month.

Hello, what can we expect from the energy of March?

Sound and fury. Transformation. Sparkling light, the energy of the One, and the healing power of nature. These are all encoded in the frequencies of March 2024.

These next months are a time of momentous events in the heavens. Events that, in the great circle of time, have come together to help you move forward.

Is there anything special we should look for?

This is a month of “new.” New frequencies. New feelings. New ways of looking at the world. It's also a month of disillusionment, of being saddened, even a little depressed, because things aren't what you thought they were, aren't what you hoped they would be.

But it's a moment in which you can see clearly, and you can make the decision to move in a new direction. That new direction is encouraged by the heavens, by the frequencies of the heavenly bodies. This is a moment that came before, and has come again now to shift the way you look at and interact with your world.

I can see a kind mountainous peak in the landscape of the energy. What’s that about?

Oh yes, you will feel that. You will all feel that. It may cause some disruptions in the communications frequencies that you use, perhaps even the electrical frequencies you use in your world. It is an energetic pulse of sorts. Let's just call it a jump start. It's a flood of energy that causes you to power up and head out. So be prepared for some minor (and perhaps in some places, major) disruptions to the electrical frequencies around you. You may even feel electrified or anxious yourselves. Know that it's merely the frequencies changing around you, stepping onto a new level, so to speak.

How will the energy of March affect our personal lives?

It may be a challenge to focus. And yet, as you pass through the portal of energy that's coming to you, on the other side you may feel lighter. You may feel energized. If you are not in resonance with the portal, you may feel sad, depressed, angry, frustrated—all of the feelings associated with ungrounding. It's one reason Alison is being encouraged to spend time in the garden and to work in meditation with flowers and natural landscapes. For all humans, grounding will be helpful in this moment.

Why is grounding important?

Grounding puts you in touch with that which you are. You are made of the minerals and elements of the Earth. You are one with Gaia, and so you act like little antennae. You act as a lightning rod, so to speak, to ground celestial energies into the Earth. If a lightning rod is grounded correctly, energies can pass through it and down into the Earth where they can nourish, support, and further develop Gaia. And in the process, you are nourished and supported and developed yourself. You are part of a complex system. It's time to stop seeing yourselves as one little person, but as part of this rich network of the planet and every thing that lives on and within it.

Thank you. How can we work with the energy of March?

This month, consider wearing, carrying, or meditating with any of these three stones.

• Chrysocolla. This stone encourages us to reveal our highest knowledge so that others may benefit from our experiences. It discharges negative energies, calms, and allows truth and inner wisdom to surface.

• Black obsidian. Black obsidian is a kind of truth warrior. It helps us to reveal and heal our shadow. A talisman for self-control, its energies help reverse previous misuse of power and address power issues on all levels. Black obsidian can also function as a rescue remedy for shock and trauma.

• Red jasper. Red jasper can help alleviate stress and reconnect you with Earth’s grounding energies. A stone of protection and an emotional healer, red jasper cleanses and stabilizes the aura and helps connect us to our passions.

A crystal grid would be another way to honor and accept the energies to come. You might create a grid with golden healer quartz at its heart and chrysocolla, sodalite, aquamarine, and herkimer diamond supporting it. Either the Seed of Life or Metatron’s Cube would be an appropriate foundation for such a grid.

Is there anything else you'd like us to know?

What we wish to leave you with is that this is a natural progression of the cycle of energy in your heavens. Energy is a spiral. Your world experienced a peak in Lemuria and Atlantis. It then devolved into darkness, which was a natural progression of the energies. Now the energies are building back up to the level available at Earth's founding. It will take a long time to get there, of course, but the energies of March and the next few months are helping to move you through a doorway into that future.

Concentrate on the energies of nature—specifically, the trees and flowers and animals of your environment—to help you feel more connected to your physical world and all that is within it. This will help to support you as you move through these heightened frequencies.
