Here is the energy forecast for August 2024, plus three stones to help restore hope, lift your spirits, and support the growth of a kinder, more humane society.

This month, the Celestite Consciousness asked to help with the energy forecast for August. That surprised me a bit. Since it is a conduit to the angelic realm for me, celestite always invites thoughts of blue skies and fluffy clouds. Yet, all during this channeled energy forecast, I was seeing images of seedlings in the spring. It was so confusing that I actually asked what was going on. Turns out, the energy of celestite is the energy of growth. And that, my friends, is what's on tap for the month.

Hello, what can we expect from the energy of August?

Acrimony. Confusion. A new day. There is much anger and frustration in your world today, both in the United States and abroad, but here we speak specifically to the United States. Amid it all, a groundswell of nervous excitement is rising. Expect challenge, however, as attempts to quell some of that excitement continue. It is as if the Earth is shifting below your feet. Only your intention will determine whether you are on stable ground.

Well, that doesn't sound ominous at all. Can you tell us more?

You shifted timelines. In reality, you shifted up two or three timelines. You have moved to a timeline of more light, and in so doing you have begun to create an environment in which the energies of division and strife are more difficult to sustain. So, you may see some people beginning to look at themselves differently, to look at themselves in a new way. It is an energy of shifting focus, of shifting attention from one viewpoint to another.

Is there anything special we should look for this month?

You may see a destabilization of the status quo around the world. If the status quo is war, perhaps you will see a change of heart. If the status quo is anger, you may see movements toward peace. If the status quo is peace, you may see some unrest. The world is building toward a feeling of fellowship. It's not happening quickly, but it is happening. August is a time in which you may see hints of it a bit more broadly.

How will the energy of August affect our personal lives?

You may feel a rumbling beneath your feet. It is your foundation responding to new growth and new directions. It's a bit like what occurs in the fields at the start of spring. They begin to awaken and as they do, small movements take place in the Earth.

And so, this month you may find that your balance is a little impaired. Your emotions may be more present, or you may find yourself swinging wildly from one to another. Emotions are natural; they simply may be closer to the surface in the weeks to come.

Why did celestite wish to assist with this month's energy forecast?

Celestite is peace. It is light. It is growth. Note that the energy of celestite is not tranquility. Instead, it is the energy of a plant that is strong enough to break through the soil and grow ever upward toward the sun. Celestite encourages growth. It encourages reaching toward the light.

These, too, are the energies of August. Reaching to the light, to the sun. You have been cocooned in the Earth during your fallow time. It has been a time of learning about yourselves, a time of readying yourselves for what’s next. In August, you will begin to see the fruits of those lessons as you break through the darkness and emerge into the light.

How can we use the energy of August to improve our lives

Wear, sleep with, or meditate with any of these three stones. Use your intuition to choose which to work with. Your body knows what you need. Allow yourself to be drawn to the right stone in the moment.

• Citrine. Citrine supports action for the greater good. It strengthens the will and makes it easier to bring into your life that which you desire. • Sunstone. Sunstone is joy, laughter, and light-heartedness. This month, hold onto sunstone if you're feeling blue or when anxiety gets you down. Sunstone can help lift your spirits.
  

Is there anything else you'd like us to know?

August is a month for light to begin breaking through the clouds. It may still feel dark at times, but you will be able to see hints of where you're going. You will be able to see moments in which humankind chooses peace and fellow feeling over division; kindness over hate; light over dark. This is the energy of the month to come.
